Before your Wedding Day:
~A complimentary in-home consultation to introduce our services
to you.
~Additional free consultations to customize your Wedding itinerary,
including any special requests, dedications, and music selection
Online planning and phone consultations free to those out of state and for those brides that are on the go.
~Coordination with your Wedding Planner and/or Catering Director
as needed
~Coordination with any other Vendors as needed (i.e., live entertainment, photographers, videographers, etc.)
~Final review of your Wedding itinerary and music

On your Wedding Day:
~DJ Vibes comes to your event in a professional, experienced, and outgoing with extensive knowledge in Wedding ceremonies and reception
~Expect DJ Vibes to arrive at least one hour prior to the scheduled start time for set up and sound check, and in proper attire
~Professional grade sound system with wireless microphones and dance floor lighting. Secondary back up sound system on-site
~Execute your Wedding Day’s itinerary and music selections precisely
~DJ Vibes will be as much, or as little, interaction as you would like
~Coordination with Wedding Planners, Photographers, and Videographers to ensure every moment is captured
~Keep the Bride & Groom frequently informed of upcoming events throughout the day/night

After your Wedding Day:
~A follow up courtesy call
~A letter of thanks and a survey for rating our level of service
~Very happy guests that will tell you time and time again how much fun
they had at your Wedding
